Loki Systems Announces Next Generation Branding and StaffRight Products
On September 29th, LOKI Systems unveiled its new brand with the launch of a new website design and the renaming of two StaffRight employee scheduling products.
To better reflect the company’s comprehensive approach to workforce management, the brand was given a refreshed look and an easier to navigate website with new tools and features. It is designed to allow visitors to quickly access information based on their role in the company and the company’s business needs. It is also intended to become a key source of information for executive teams to best understand how the right workforce management solution can maximize employee engagement and improve financial performance in your organization.
In addition to a new website, the company’s longstanding StaffRight product has been renamed to StaffRight Omni to more appropriately communicate its capabilities. Omni translates to “all” which represents the software’s ability to handle all scheduling, time and attendance challenges for even the most complex workforce. StaffRight Omni can handle multiple positions for an employee, balance complex scheduling requirements to optimized employee target numbers, and generate a ranked list of qualified employees to fill unscheduled call-ins.
To align the name of the company’s Home Care Management System (HCMS) product with the rest of the StaffRight product line, HCMS was also renamed to StaffRight HomeCare. StaffRight HomeCare is an appointment-driven scheduling system to help home care organizations match client support requirements with the appropriate available staff.
