Training

Training for any new enterprise software implementation is essential to its success. LOKI Systems provides a variety of training services to ensure that you and your teams feel confident with the product solutions. Our training methodology is focused around three goals:

  1. Efficient learning
  2. Simplified user experiences and
  3. Long term management success

Through meetings with project stakeholders and subject matter experts, we work with you to develop a training plan that considers:

  • Type of users on the system
  • Ideal style of training
  • Technical considerations or limitations
  • Pre-requisite system or business knowledge requirements

Once your training plan is created, you choose how to deliver training to your team:

1) Train-The-Trainer

In our standard method, LOKI Systems trainers create a training program and supporting documentation with guidance from your selected in-house trainers. A LOKI Systems consultant conducts training with these users, and then these in-house trainers are responsible for rolling out the second stage of training to the daily users of the system. This training options can be used for both administrator and end-user sessions.

2) Direct End-User Training

In cases where in-house capacity or resources are not available to conduct train-the-trainer training, LOKI Systems can provide direct training to all of the various users in your system requirements. This direct training is a as a contracted service by LOKI Systems provided to you in a targeted classroom-style environment. This training can be conducted on-site or online.

All LOKI Systems instructors are active members of our support teams for the StaffRight and Advanced Payroll AX products. Training programs are delivered with a clear training schedule that works for all required users and trainings.
