Our LOKI Helpdesk is managed by product experts who know your system inside and out. Our helpdesk team provides you with phone, email and remote support when you need it most.

Phone & Online Support

Telephone and online support is available to you during business hours Monday through Friday, with the exception of statutory holidays. We are quick too! 95% of the made are answered right away during support hours with critical issues requiring more attention receiving call backs within 60 minutes of your initial call.

  • Product version number
  • Contact person name
  • A short description of the issue
